REIMBURSEMENT:
Those meeting participants selected to be reimbursed with Action budget will be informally notified by the Local Organiser.

Due to the transfer of COST from ESF to the COST Association, a new dedicated implementation structure of COST, the release of the new grant to the Grant Holder of the Action has been delayed. As a consequence of this delay the Grant Holder was unable to send out the invitations for the WG1 meeting (July 3-4, 2014) in time.

We have now negotiated with the COST Association Administration the following procedure:
1.) The e-cost invitations will be sent out to participants as soon as the new grant has been released (the COST Association has announced a date for this to be end of June depending on the EC)
2.) Once eligible participants have received these delayed e-cost invitations they can proceed to submit the claim as usual
3.) The submitted claims will then entitle the grant holder to pay expenses to participants’ bank accounts
