The 2nd XLIC General Meeting (COST Action CM1204) will be held at Gdańsk University of Technology (Poland) on September 10-12, 2014. It will also host the 3rd XLIC Management Committee (September 10th) and the the Young Scientist Forum (YSF) – a special half-day with talks given by young researchers.
If you are interested in attend, please, keep in mind the following dates:
- Deadline to register for the YSF and submit contributions asking for a talk and/or poster: June 8th, 2014
- Deadline for invited talks, YSF talks and poster contributions: June 8th, 2014
- Deadline for regular registration: July 8th, 2014
- Deadline for booking student dormitories: end of July
- Hotel accomodation: early booking is highly recommended due to the Volleyball Men’s World Championship will be held in Gdańsk in September 2014
